Just coming out of a meditation lack because of a health issue has led to this evaluation based on 2 themes - love and aura (gabiK's Human infrastructure).
Love - affecting the 2nd and 3rd tetrad:-
There is a need to embrace love as conditioner for the vedana, completely embrace the change from the vedana of MwB. This follows on from the major change discussed in quench dukkha?.
To begin tetrad2 zandtao breathes in love deep from the centre of the earth - ala Nicola Amadora . zandtao has done this for a while but not written it in his zeer practice, but this love is deep, cooling love. In stage 6 let go of vedana attachments, and see if attachments have arisen from Sacred Wound. Cool any vedana-heat that is present.
In stage 7 express the braham-viharas that had been included as stage 9. 3 of the brahma-viharas are solely expressions of love yet they had remained in citta. It was clear today that there has not been enough emphasis on muditta - empathy. Stage 8 - the summative stage for tetrad 2 remains the same.
The 3rd tetrad alters to reflect wisdom and love- emphasis moving to tetrad 2. Stage 9 is not new - just not written. Bring wisdom down from the heavens down the taichi so that the taichi now has love-wisdom balance. Stage 10 releases any mental attachments and then focuses on integrated equanimity - love-wisdom balance. Stage 12 is the complete holding space stage. It starts with wisdom as the citta conditioner. Check that all restrictions have been released from the vihara, and hold space for consciousness of tetrad 4.
Tetrad 4 has little change but there are better preparations in tetrad 2 and 3 for holding space for consciousness in tetrad 4. In stage 12 there was atammayata from the release of restrictions - a state of anatta, an-dukkha and anicca, in stage 13 there is a reinforcement of this release and a confirmation of the holding space waiting for the graces.
Hopefully this will emphasise consciousness,develop gabiK's cocoon and lead to clearer zeer-vision.
