Influence of zionism
From the above section it appears that the NSS has ignored the powerful influence of zionism with such a limited mention of Israel and its Middle East impact. Does ignoring zionism mean that the strategy has no meaning?
The overall NSS strategy focusses on America First as a business strategy backed by military might, zionist influence means that any US foreign policy at the moment cannot simply be America First. But politically this cannot be stated as strategy.

Looking from the outside this zionist influence on America First disturbs many in the US, and causes divisions. zandtao interprets that the NSS does not wish for America First to be so heavily affected by Middle East involvement, and he further interprets that the current Middle-East US involvement as being instigated that might well include an Israel reaction to the NSS. N-Hegemony
At present we live in a N-Hegemony - Narcissist-led Hegemony. When there is stable hegemony there is a clear strategy that good people can come together, disagree with, and formulate a plan - that then doesn't work because not enough people are activists  .
But with narcissism there is no plan as the ego jumps from one thing to another - and in the case of Trump it could be far worse (and sadder) than just narcissism - as people observe the possibility of dementia? Will the US continue to laud their constitution as having checks and balances when the hegemonic leader is all over the map - N-Hegemony?
There were mistakes. After Trump 1.0 Republicans and Christian Nationalists, greedy for power, backed Trump 2.0 - clearly set forward in Heritage Foundation's Project 2025. But there was no Project 2026-28, maybe they just assumed he would fall in line. Instead he surrounded himself with sycophants whose sole policy was to do what the narcissist wanted. So we have a narcissistic ego jumping from one uncontrolled action to another supported by a sycophantic admin. On top of that he is being coerced by the Epstein influence; it seems clear that he is vulnerable to criminal prosecution (allegedly). Which players have the Epstein files?
Can we use analysis to deal with the consequences of this N-Hegemony? No.
The world must wait until Trump moves on. This is the N-Hegemony we live in. Perhaps the more stable exploitation of hegemony will come back after the mid-terms?
Pragmatic Addendum
zandtao considers that the 2 Hemispheres zandbag is a useful framework for seeing changes in the hegemony of the system-of-accumulation. No strategy document can discuss the zionist question currently because America First is so intertwined with zionist influence. But the long-term strategy appears to be clear - an America First hemisphere leaving behind the Middle-East; a strategy that cannot be written.
